Before beginning our climb, we were entertained by some of the former bush dwellers ( pygmies although not particularly short).

Bwindi is where we saw the mountain gorillas. The name of the park is Bwindi “Impenetrable” meaning that you cannot see through it….it is a jungle that has be slashed with machetes to get through.
